*Return Policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the policy prior to making any new purchases.

Items may be returned (unused, unopened & in original condition) within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Note that items not in unused, unopened & in original condition are not eligible for returns except manufacturer’s defect or shipping damage.

Its Amazing Nails does not cover the shipping cost  during a refund. Please email us at for a return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Returns due to manufacturer's defect will not be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Returns received after 14 days of delivery are subject to refusal depending on the situation.

 Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any items upon opening. Please double check your order before placing it. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service email at

There will be no cancellations after the order has been shipped. We offer refunds on damaged/defected products upon arrival or orders that may have been lost in the mail. 

We do not offer refunds on issues caused by user error and cosmetic defects.

Orders made during a sale event or final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Colors of products shown on a computer screen may vary from the actual product due to the fact that lighting and saturation settings on your digital device might be different from ours. We recommend seeing swatches of the product from the brand manufacturer and customer reviews before making a purchase.

Exchange policy

Items may be exchanged once (unused, unopened & in original condition) within 14 days of delivery for another size, color, or product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges (including re-shipping charges for exchanged items).

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Please double check your shipping address is entered correctly upon checkout. Packages delivered to insufficient addresses will not have their shipping refunded. To have their shipment redelivered, customers will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
